He earned a Bachelor of Religious Studies from Tyndale University, where the biblical phrase “a kingdom of priests” sparked the inspiration for his first restaurant: The Burger’s Priest. Shant grew the brand to 14 locations before moving on to new ventures, including The Fourth Man in the Fire Pizzeria, the fan-favorite Harry and Heels Donuts (with one storefront and stocked in 40+ Farm Boy locations), and the newest addition, Elijah’s Automatic Flame Broiled Burgers. His recipe for entrepreneurial success includes authenticity, hard work, and self-awareness.
